Apple Cake -  Recipe from p3lb0x

Preheat oven at 200 degrees celsius

Mix 4 eggs with 500g sugar
Warm 2 dl milk with 2 dl oil, don't boil
Mix 450g flour with 3 small spoonful baking powder (for making it spongy)
Add 3 spoon full vanilla sugar
Mix hot milk-oil with the egg-sugar mix
While whisking add the flour mix

Pour mixture into a metal plate with high edges
Put apple slices evenly down in it
Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon sugar over (a mix of cinnamon and sugar)
Cook for 20 minutes

Notes:
It's VERY spongy and moist to start out with
It's pretty great when it's like that but it has a tendency to fall apart
Let it cool for an hour or 2
